Since our inception in 2022, ProByte Pvt Ltd has grown rapidly, thanks to the trust of countless businesses around the globe and the hard work of our talented team. Our original headquarters at Shahrah-e-Faisal Business Avenue served us well in the early days, but as our team expanded and our client base grew, we recognized the need for a larger, more sophisticated space that could accommodate our ambitions.
Our new office is a four-story building that has been meticulously designed and customized to meet the unique needs of our growing team. With over 400 employees working across day and night shifts, we needed a space that could not only accommodate our current workforce but also support future growth. Each floor of the building has been carefully planned to foster collaboration, creativity, and productivity, ensuring that our teams have everything they need to deliver the highest caliber of products and services to our clients.
The first floor of our new office serves as the nerve center of ProByte Pvt Ltd. This floor is home to our reception area, HR office, CEO room, conference room, and a girls' common room. The reception area has been designed to create a welcoming and professional first impression for our clients and visitors.
Our HR office is strategically located on this floor to ensure easy access for all employees, facilitating smooth communication and prompt resolution of any issues. The CEO room is where our visionary leader, Kashif Hussain Shah, oversees the operations of the company and steers it towards continued growth and success.
The second floor is where the magic happens. This floor houses our CMS, design, brand and PR, server teams, and QA department. Each of these teams plays a crucial role in delivering the high-quality services that ProByte Pvt Ltd is known for, and the layout of this floor has been designed to facilitate seamless collaboration and communication between them.
The third floor of our new office is the engine that drives our content and sales efforts. This floor is home to our front-end development team, content creators, and sales teams. Each of these departments plays an integral role in the success of ProByte Pvt Ltd, and the third floor has been designed to support their unique needs and workflows.
The fourth floor of our new office is truly the heart of ProByte Pvt Ltd. This floor houses additional sales teams, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious cafeteria. This area serves as a social hub for our employees, providing a space where they can relax, recharge, and connect with colleagues.
